Florida law requires mobile home parks with 26 or more lots to provide a prospectus to potential residents. This document outlines your rights and responsibilities, including the park’s rules and regulations.

Reviewing the Prospectus is Crucial

Before you sign your lease agreement, be sure to read the prospectus carefully. This will help you understand the terms of your residency and the park’s expectations. Keep a copy of the prospectus for your records throughout your time living there.

For Your Reference

The prospectus is also filed with the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes for official purposes.
